Help for my mum (She has Parkinson's disease)

My mother, Margarita, she is 71 years old, and she has Parkinson's disease since 2015, we have to pay a nursing home for her, because she needs 24 hours attention and we have to buy some of her medicines because she has a poor health care plan and they are expensive. This is about $250 per month. Any help will be really appreciated 🙏
